Inspection Reports

All care homes are regulated and inspected by the Care Quality Commission. The home is inspected twice a year at 6 monthly intervals. If it is an announced inspection there will be a notice near the main entrance on the home giving information about an inspector. If you are unable to meet the inspector personally, you may complete feedback questionnaires that are provided by CQC and available at the office prior to the inspection. When the inspection report is received it is displayed in the office area of the home. Please ask a member of staff if you would like a copy.
