v To ensure that care and services are delivered in accordance with the agreed contract of care and that our Residents assessed needs are fully met. v To maintain a homely, safe and secure environment where Residents can feel a sense of belonging. v To maintain the lifestyle and preserve the quality of the people in our care by adopting a holistic approach. v To plan and deliver care and services in a way that preserves the rights of our Residents as set out in the Resident’s Charter of Rights and the National Care Standards. v To regularly monitor, evaluate and improve the quality of care and services so that our Residents are assured that their individual needs and expectations are met. v To continuously develop staff skills and knowledge so as to enable them to maintain and improve on high standards of care. v To ensure that our Residents / Relatives are fully aware of the complaints policy and procedure. Complaints will be received positively and seen as an opportunity to improve care and services. |
